“The Testing Of Our Faith!”

I will bless the Lord at all times; His praises shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make its boast in the Lord; The humble shall hear of it and be glad. Jesus said to him, if you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes. Today is the day that we must put our faith to work. This is a time when we are being reminded, when the teacher is testing there is silence. Lord, in this season of this pandemic, it has made many feel the silence of the testing of each of our faith. We know that the testing of our faith works patience. It is so hard in this unfamiliar time to remember that the trials we go through are light afflictions. Because for many who have been affected or know of someone else who is being affected, it weighs hard on the heart of many people. Father in these times it doesn’t feel like a light affliction to those who are going through. Surely, our minds are having a hard time comprehending, that this is only temporary. Father we must challenge ourselves daily to pull from Your Word for our strength. We call into our remembrance that we are going ‘through’ this trial. We are not stopping in it, nor trying to habitat there at all. We must encourage each other in this season to not become disheartened but to believe that this too shall pass. Awake old soul by the Power of the Holy Ghost and quicken us today, so that we will live well. Today we will speak the Word of God over our lives and our families lives. All we need is just one Word from God, and it will change our lives forever. Remember our God will do exceedingly abundantly above anything that we can ask or think. Thank You Father God that the same power that is in Jesus Christ is working in us today. We say to ourselves, live well today for Christ. We are blessed and highly favored by God. Our tests are just only a test of our faith. We serve a Great God! Thank You again Father for navigating us through any test today. We humble ourselves under Your mighty wings, believing that all is well. Father we know that You are always working on our behalf. Please come quickly to our rescue. When You speak to us telling us the direction to go, let us adhere to Your Word. Thank You and we cover each other today in Your Precious Blood. Thank You for watching over each of us day and night. We rest in You Father today knowing that You care for us, In Jesus Name, we pray, Amen! Give Jesus the wheel today! He will lead and guide us through whatever storms in life that we may face. God is able! ‘We need more of God’s Character and Courage In 2020!’ (Ps 30:5, 34:1; Mk 9:23; Jam 1:3-4,12; 2 Cor 4:16-18; Is 26:20; Eph 3:7, 19-21; Num 6:24-26:+). Only through experience of trial and suffering can be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved.”-Helen Keller

“Stay Hidden In Christ!”

Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. Bless is the one whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered. Today let’s not allow life to stress us out. We are truly to blessed to be stressed. Let this season be an indicator, that we are destined for something much greater in life than were we are right now. We acknowledge our shortcomings, and that is why we seek God first. God You are faithful to forgive each of us. Teach us Lord how to cleanse ourselves regularly mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. It is absolutely important for us to stay well. Thank You Father for Your Word that washes us properly each day. Thank You for the cleansing power of Your blood that takes away our sins. Thank You for giving us the BIBLE, it is our manual of reference. Father we will faithfully feed ourselves Your scriptures, and meditate on them daily. We will drink Your living water all day long to flush all the impurities from us. Thank You God for keeping our cups filled with Your strength. We will strive to keep our temple clean and healthy everyday, In Jesus Name, we pray, Amen! We are what we feed ourselves! ‘We need more of God’s Character and Courage In 2020!’ (Matt 11:28, 26:41; Ps 32, 67:2; 1 Cor 6:19-20; 1 Ti 4:7-10; John 10:10; 3 John 1; Ex 23:25; Pr 3:7-8, 4:21-23, 14:30, 16:24; Is 26:3-4, 55:1-2; Num 6:24-26:+). Fervent Friday, Be Well, Love You, Lynn A. “What a friend we have in Jesus, all our sins and griefs to bear! What a privilege to carry everything to God in prayer. O what peace we often forfeit O what needless pain we bear, All because we do not carry everything to God in prayer.”-Joseph M Scriven (1855)

“Find Comfort In God’s Arms!”

Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His Name. Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness. Today, let us keep our eyes on our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He will remain at our right hand, and we will not be shaken. Our hearts are glad and we rejoice, because our spirit man is secure, and dwells in His safety. Let us set our minds on those things that are above, and not those things that are here on this earth. Remember things on this earth are just temporal and let's not get wrapped up in them. Let each of us think on those things today that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely and of good report. We will also think on those things, that are of excellence and worthy of our praises. Every time we get to go into our secret place with the Lord, let us pour out our soul to Him. God we pray this morning that when our hearts become overwhelmed, please lead us to a rock, that is higher than ourselves. Thank You for being our strong tower in the midst of any storm. We bless You Lord with all that is within us. Father we bless Your Holy Name, remembering all of our great benefits that comes from You. We love and honor You this day, In Jesus name, we pray, Amen! Trust God! ‘We need more of God's Character and Courage In 2020!' (Ps 100:4, 1:1-6, 16, 42:4, 61, 122; Lam 3:22-23; Col 3:1-4; Phil 4:8-9; Heb 13:19-21; Num 6:24-26:+). Thought Thursday, Be Well, Love You, Lynn A.

“Are We Listening For Truth!”

“Are We Listening For Truth?” The voice of the Lord is powerful; The voice of the Lord is full of majesty. And after the earthquake a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire; and after the fire a still small voice. We cannot successfully move forward in Christ, if we cannot face truth about the things that are hindering us. Today is the day to seriously reflect on those things in each of our lives, that have caused us to pause. We will not be able to fully embrace the wonderful future, that God have waiting for us. Let us each be willing to do the work, so that we can move forward and be made whole. Let us not just use words, but let us learn to turn those words into action. May we truly believe that our best days are ahead of us. And that any past struggles we have had that they are now our past. The struggles were never meant to destroy us, but to teach us great survival skills. We are now in this season facing our fears one at a time boldly. May we embrace God's blessings in our lives, and keep moving beyond our struggles. Father God today we Thank You for being that security blanket for us. Thank You for teaching us that we can do all things because of the strength You have given us. Thank You God that nothing is useless in Your sight. Thank You for turning our ashes into something more beautiful. Thank You again God. We are forever grateful to You because You love us unconditionally. We honor You always, In Jesus Name, we pray, Amen! ‘We need more of God’s Character and Courage In 2020!’ (Ps 27:4, 29:4, 32:7, 111, 143.5; 1 Ki 19:12; Phil 3:13-14; Job 38; Lk 8:37-39; 1 John 1:9; Is 61:2-4; Num 6:24-26:+). “Look to God!”

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. Look to the hills this morning from where our help comes from. Our Helper will give each one of us hope to muster up enough strength to look to Him. We can now today stand not in our strength, but in our Heavenly Father’s. Lord we need You to fill us up with Your spirit this morning. Father God today we need more of You, so that we can decrease, and You may increase in us. We seek You God for favor in our lives today. Everything that we do, we want it be for Your glory. Father we seek Your approval. We humble ourselves under Your mighty hands and we keep Your commands. Abide in Me and I in You. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. Let us always keep our eyes on the prize and that is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Thank You Father God for being the Author and Finisher of our faith. We Thank You for the cross Lord that gave us a life of forgiveness. Lord we Thank You for Your grace and mercy that You give us new every single day. Thank You for loving us unconditionally, In Jesus Name, we pray, Amen! May our cups overflow with the joy of the Lord today as our strength. ‘We need more of God’s Character and Courage In 2020!’ (Ps 23, 27:8, 45:4, 91:1, 105:3-5, 121; John 15:4; Zeph 2:3-3; Is 1:17; Amos 5:6; Heb 1:3, 12:1-3; Jude 1:20-23; Num 6:24-26:+).
